| The Western Dragons Kick Butt! |
| The Western opened their 2011 season with a win against the West Ghent Aces II. It was a heartstopper as Babe Ruth '32 homered in the 15th inning to win the ball game. The win goes to Joakim Soria, who was pitching when the home run happened (didn't pitch the ball). The game ball, though, goes to Scott Medvin and Mike Mussina, who really pulled it together this game. Mussina led in strikeouts and will pitch in a couple of games. In their next game, the Western Dragons will play against '10 Brooklyn. |
